As you may know, the UK is now employing DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) scanning methods to block servers. This presents a significant challenge for any IPTV company, as all IPTV traffic is easily identifiable and can be blocked automatically.

To counter this, using a VPN will be mandatory for all UK clients starting 31st January. This step is essential to protect both our servers and clients like you. It’s always better to stay hidden than appear on someone’s radar.

Here’s what you need to do to prepare:

VPN Requirement

From 31st January, all UK clients must use a VPN 24/7 to access our service.

• We’ve provided access to 2 VPNs for all clients.
• Alternatively, you can use any VPN of your choice (e.g., PIA, NordVPN, ExpressVPN).
• Ensure your VPN is active at all times to avoid interruptions.

This measure will hide our traffic for a few months, giving us time to request Formuler to add support for HLS Streaming and Encryption. If they implement this, it will make IPTV networks much harder to detect, ensuring enhanced security and privacy for clients.

📢 Important Announcement for ALL CLIENTS 📢

Update Your Portal URL to HTTPS

We are phasing out the old HTTP:// domain names for added security. All clients must update their portal URL to HTTPS:// before 31st January to avoid downtime.

How to update:

• Locate your current portal URL (e.g., http://yourportalurl.com/).
• Simply add an ‘S’ to make it https://yourportalurl.com/.

This change encrypts your connection, just like when you shop online or access banking websites (look for the padlock symbol in your browser).

If you need assistance, your agent can help with this. There is no need to contact them today; just make sure this change is completed by the end of the month.
